12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DonBot.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to DonBot.ai in the past 12 months.

14. AI-Specific Responsibility

DonBot.ai’s AI tools assist but do not replace human judgment. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated outputs. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI responses or automated actions.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including call-recording and data protection regulations. Obtain all necessary consents before contacting or recording users.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve informally via support@donbot.ai. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas. Both parties waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
